Intel has announced that the Intel Graphics Driver 31.0.101.4885 for Intel Arc A-Series Graphics and Intel Iris Xe Graphics is now available for download. I want to let you know there is even a newer driver version from the one you are installing, I would advise you to use Display Driver Uninstaller to uninstall previous driver installation and while in safe mode update to the latest driver version 31.0.101.4644 or 31.0.101.4669.
